What is Open Space Technology or Open Space?

Why use this program?

Too often we make decisions and prioritize work using our own personal preferences, budgetary drivers, or long range roadmaps that have lost relevance. But what would happen if we had the right people in the room having the right discussion BEFORE we made those decisions? What if we changed the narrative from day one?

With Open Space you invite people to join the conversation and present their points of views, ask their questions, and discuss their strategies to solve the problem from the point of view of the people receiving the products or services. You can create a value add for your customers from the beginning and have a rare chance to hear all the perspectives that want to be heard.

How is the program structured?

We believe that learning is deeper when people experience the work for themselves rather than having it lectured. First we conduct a 2-day Open Space with your group on a topic of your choosing with our experienced facilitators.

Then we have one day of instruction in which you dig deep into not only the mechanics of Open Space, but also the psychology and mindset required.

Our goals is to provide you with the tools you need to run an Open Space on your own using our guides, templates and facilitation techniques as an anchor.
