We believe that learning is deeper when people experience the work for themselves rather than having it lectured. First we conduct a 2-day Open Space with your group on a topic of your choosing with our experienced facilitators.
Then we have one day of instruction in which you dig deep into not only the mechanics of Open Space, but also the psychology and mindset required.
Our goals is to provide you with the tools you need to run an Open Space on your own using our guides, templates and facilitation techniques as an anchor.
