    • Identify the purpose and goals of a Liftoff and its significance in setting the direction for the organization.
    • Recognize the importance of Purpose, the initial phase, where the team comes together and establishes a common understanding of the purpose and desired outcomes.
    • Understand that who they are as individuals contributes to the whole value system and ways of working for the team during Alignment.
    • Comprehend the importance of the boundaries and interactions outside the team and how far the team can excel as part of Context.
    Learn facilitation techniques for working with Liftoff groups:

    Sample Online Schedule:

    You will have self-study work to do in advance of the program to prepare yourself with the basics of Liftoff. We will then be conducting a Liftoff together the first week of January as follows:

    Tues - Thursday (3 days)
    17:00 - 20:00 Central European
    16:00 - 19:00 British Time/Western European
    11:00 - 14:00 Eastern US
    8:00 - 11:00 Pacific US

    We will then meet weekly for 5 weeks to build out your Liftoff facilitation skills and toolkit. There will be work to be done between sessions by each participant.
    17:00 - 19:00 Central European
    16:00 - 18:00 British Time/Western European
    11:00 - 13:00 Eastern US
    8:00 - 10:00 Pacific US

    All virtual classes held online with Google Meet. We ask that you be available with camera and microphone unless there are extenuating circumstances. All work will be conducted using our online learning portal.

    This program without additional customization is 2499 Euros per person (minimum 10 people). We offer pricing in Euros, USD, and GBP. You are responsible for any charges accrued for your choice of currency. We are unable at this time to offer other currencies. Payment is by credit card or invoice. Invoices can be issued in all three currencies. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the event. The full names and email addresses of the attendees must be sent via email upon payment for invoiced registrations.
