Overcoming Biases

Offsite Agenda:

This is the general agenda for our corporate offsites. For each program, however, there are add-ons and bonus activities that are not posted in advance. There will also be work to be done on your own after/before each session.

Sunday:
Transportation from Barcelona Airport (BCN) available from 9:00 until 16:00 on a set schedule*
Welcome Reception: Cava and Tapas at 18:00

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
7:00 – 8:30 Breakfast available in the common area
8:30 – 9:30 Exercise or meditation time
9:30 – 13:30 Morning Sessions including breaks
13:30 – 15:30 Lunch and relaxation time
15:30 – 18:30 Afternoon Sessions including breaks
18:30 – 20:00 End of day social (optional) in common area
20:00 – 23:30 Transportation to venue and dinner in local area

Wednesday:
7:00 – 9:00 Breakfast available in the common area
9:00 – 18:00 Local Activity (Choice of 3 or Free Day on Own)
Note: Lunch is on your own unless noted in activity
18:00 – 20:00 Beverages and heavy tapas at the property (no dinner in town)

Saturday:
7:00 – 9:00 Breakfast available in the common area
Transportation to Barcelona Airport (BCN) available at 8:00 and 10:00*

Note: We cannot provide additional accommodation at the venue before or after the offsite, but we have professionals who can advise you on extending your stay and making the most of Spain.

*The venue is connected to the Barcelona Rodalies train system and accessible from the airport if your schedule does not match the transportation options.

Online Schedule:

Online we meet 2 hours per week with additional self-study and skills building. We do not meet on Mondays or Fridays due to holidays and travel schedules. All programs will be scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday based on availability and will meet at the same day/time every week for 12 weeks excluding holiday weeks.

The course is held on Google Meet and participants need to be able to be on camera whenever possible and have adequate bandwidth for video calls.

Pricing and Registration:

Virtual: This program starts at 2499 euros per person and is inclusive of all materials, programming, staff, and technology platforms needed for the program.

Offsite: This program is all-inclusive except travel and starts at 3499 euros per person. It is inclusive of all materials, programming, staff, technology platforms as well as accommodation, meals, activities, and local travel. Because we have to reserve space and travel in advance, this program cannot be refunded once booked. However, the registration may be transferred to a different individual.

We offer pricing in Euros, USD, and GBP. We have done our best to keep pace with the changing exchange rates. You are responsible for any charges accrued for your choice of currency. We are unable at this time to offer other currencies. If you require an invoice to pay by bank transfer rather than credit card, please contact us at info@agilityforall.com. We can also offer invoices for multiple attendees from the same organization. Invoices can be issued in all three currencies. Payment must be received 30 days prior to the event for the bank transfer/invoice option. The full names and email addresses of the attendees must be sent via email upon payment for invoiced registrations.
